Feed our Students; Prepare them for Learning

IMG_3409.jpg

Students can’t concentrate on homework if they’re hungry.

Jericho Youth Ministries removes that obstacle to learning by providing every student in our after-school tutoring programs - kindergarten through 12th grade - with either a healthy snack (K-5th) or a hot meal (6th-12th) before they meet with tutors or crack open Chromebooks.

Help these students by providing the energy-boosting food they need to succeed!

Ways to Help

  1. Bring both non-perishable and perishable items to 13 Rose St., Danbury, or bring non-perishables ONLY to one of our participating supporters. A full “shopping list”and list of participating supporters appears below.

  2. Make a donation and we’ll purchase the items needed. Click the link above and kindly choose the “Feed our Students” designation on the drop-down menu on the first window.

  3. Shop for and prepare, in our kitchen, a simple meal for approximately 75 students (chicken patties, burgers, pasta, sloppy joes, tacos, etc). This is a great opportunity for a church or neighborhood group. Contact mark@jerichopartnership.org.
