Jericho Partnership is an umbrella organization that supports eight nonprofit, Christ-centered organizations that serve Danbury’s youth, homeless and other at-risk populations. We provide our partner ministries with volunteer recruitment efforts, financial assistance, staff support and programmatic consulting.
Amos House provides transitional housing for homeless families with supportive services, helping families become independent, housed and self-sufficient.
ATHLETES OF CHRIST
This international sports ministry reaches others with the Good News of Jesus through the universal language of sports. In Danbury, the ministry conducts weekly Bible study meetings and focuses on a 5K walk/run in the spring, and winter and summer soccer camps for kids.
PATHWAYS DANBURY YOUTH MINISTRIES
Pathways Danbury Youth Ministries serves youth who are at risk of dropping out of high school through the Naomi Mentoring for girls; The Academy middle school for boys; Pathways Danbury Mentoring for boys; and S.A.Y. Yes! Youth Center after-school and summer tutoring, academic support and whole-life program.
GOOD SAMARITAN MISSION
This broad-based Gospel Rescue Mission ministry provides shelter for homeless men, case work, compassionate care. Its programs include counseling, Christ-centered 12-steps, employability education, transitional living units, + Bible study.
BETHANY CHRISTIAN SERVICES
Bethany, the nation's largest adoption agency, opened its doors in Connecticut in 2011 with a mission to show the love of Christ by providing social services to children. Bethany's counseling and adoption procedures are free of charge for birth mothers.
HOPELINE PREGNANCY RESOURCE CENTER
Babies lives are saved weekly and mothers in crisis receive support through this nonprofit organization, which offers pro-life counseling and support to pregnant women. All services are free, including pregnancy tests, ultrasound, emotional support, material resources, abstinence education, abortion recovery, and referrals.
SAMARITAN HEALTH CENTER
Samaritan Health Center provides excellent and compassionate pediatric care to children who lack health insurance. In addition to quality medical care, it provides nutritional counseling, case management, and a reading program to its patients
YOUNG LIFE DANBURY
The Danbury chapter is part of multicultural, urban, international Young Life network. It meets kids on their own turf and helps them navigate through life, offering fun and the ultimate message of hope in Jesus Christ. YLD is committed to sharing a Biblical worldview with kids in an exciting and relevant way.
