Without access to quality health care, low-income families can face difficult challenges. Something as routine as getting a physical for admittance to school can be a nightmare for people with no insurance and limited income. If a child gets sick or has ongoing health issues, the stress on a family can be devastating.
Jericho’s Samaritan Health Center exists to serve families without insurance, for the good of these families and the common good of the city.
The clinic offers, for just $80 per patient annual fee, a complete physical, all immunizations and unlimited sick visits for the 1,500+ patients it sees each year. The Center also offers referrals to specialists, other health care professionals and community resources as needed.
To be eligible for health care services your child must be:
Birth to 18 years of age
Reside in the greater Danbury area
Lack private or public health insurance and not have access to regular healthcare
