Academic/Social support Partners:

  • ARK Educational Initiative - providing a cutting-edge curriculum centering on disruptive innovations such as artificial intelligence, drone technology, 3D printing, etc. This is providing unmatched opportunities for our 4th & 5th graders, currently, and will expand.

  • Junior Achievement - providing financial literacy workshops.

  • 4H/UCONN Extension Group - providing urban agriculture program.

  • Center for Empowerment & Education - providing age appropriate social/emotional learning and workshops on domestic violence prevention.

  • Trellis Mental Health Center - providing a LCSW/therapist to conduct group sessions and assessments with our youth, with the goal of identifying students who might need extra support.

  • Danbury Public Library - providing monthly literacy program.

  • Turning Pages - teen organization dedicated to promoting literacy, education and wellness to adults and kids.

  • Westconn - Western Connecticut University

  • LEAD - seeks to provide quality educational options, programs, and services for children and families throughout Connecticut
